@MichaelH_PhD Thank you Michael. The problem here is that it’s a pure self-fulfilling prophecy: I wasn’t really given the chance to prove myself, and I’m clearly leaving as a sort of blank sheet – which is terribly frustrating but whatever.

@MichaelH_PhD That being said, I believe what I went (and still go) through is before everything else a collective failure due to bad decisions or unrealistic expectations set by different people. I’m not mad at them though. It wouldn’t be useful to anyone.Permalink
