          That being said, iOS 13’s automation allows me to start a timer anytime I launch Twitter. Seems to be a promising way to be more deliberate on my use of it.

        The new Reminders app is also kind of what I looked for for years. I don’t need anything fancy, but that should do the trick!

      I like the fact that you can create a reminder from an email too. It’s a bit quirky but it works! Next time, smart folders too?

    The Health app is also so much better. I’ve had like 3-5 apps to have better presentation of my health data. I was able to get rid of all of them!

        Also, huge improvement in the Screen Time feature: you can now set time limit on individual apps. This is neat and a much needed improvement! Before that, Screen Time was barely useful.
