@dclingi After one full month under tramadol after a surgery two years ago, I’m inclined to answer: none? It was very challenging for me to think clearly, and I also had too much pain to just use more benign painkillers. After a couple of days I gave up, and accepted it.Permalink

@dclingi Now I’m joking about it by saying I was high for a full month, almost H24, at the expense of the Social Security and under the strong recommendation of my surgeon. But still!Permalink

@dclingi (I had tramadol under a prolonged release format, this is why I was almost constantly "high".)
