    @annastansbury @LGBTQ_Econ @LeeBadgett @BitsyPerlman Being called a "public role model" is honestly a bit odd for me, but not (at all!) in a bad way – it’s just a cultural difference as in France, the concept hasn’t the same reach or prevalence as in the US. I just need to adjust to it!

      @annastansbury @LGBTQ_Econ @LeeBadgett @BitsyPerlman That being said, I’m glad my actions are emboldening others. To me, it’s all that matters, having more and more people on board to achieve more diversity. It’s a fight, and as such we may lose it. I’ll do my best to avoid this outcome.
