@HF_Journal @bushidobrandan @Adaripp The constitution doesn’t forbid YouTube to eject Crowder. The reason why is because when Crowder created his channel, he checked a box that he accepted YouTube’s rules and policies. And those policies explicitly forbid hate speech.

@HF_Journal @bushidobrandan @Adaripp Legally speaking, he made a contract with YouTube, but he didn’t respected his terms of the contract. YouTube is perfectly in its right to terminate the contract altogether. It’s a basic principle in the legal system genius.
