@lrschechter I’m not that familiar with the US legal system (compared to the French one), but assuming the lawyer hired by the AEA notices a pattern of bad behavior to individual X, would it possible to launch some sort of legal stuff against individual X?Permalink

@lrschechter In the French system, I’m not sure it’s possible to do so: only the victims, or the prosecutor, can start the process that may lead to a trial (if the police and judicial investigations strongly suggest that something illegal might have been done).Permalink
