@priyavshan I agree. At the end, we need to deliver. But if more diverse people do not stay in the profession, nothing will change. Econ will stay the same. We need prospective students to deliver the change. And we need to make clear to them the fight is not over.Permalink

@priyavshan But we definitely cannot pretend that everything is fine now. It is not. Saying that would be really unfair toward the prospective students. We also need to protect them – and I think that can be achieved by making clear there is a problem, but also that we try to address it.Permalink
