@kevinrphd Why not some sort of collective mentoring? With group work, and so on. If the supervisor is bad, his incompetence (or worst) is diluted by the work of others faculties.

@kevinrphd This would require faculties to give up the idea that it’s « their » grad students. It will be « our » grad students. It’s probably not a bad thing, at least for the students – who diversify the risk.Permalink
