      @causalinf @johnwhitehead81 It’s not an assumption, it’s a fact! France and the US have a few things in common, but also a lot of things differ. The recruitment is for instance really different. But the question I tried to raise about the hierarchy applies in both places.

      @causalinf @johnwhitehead81 So far, I’ve decided months ago to leave academia after my graduation, and I have not changed my decision. I will revisit it after what I experienced today, and I will take into account all the feedback I’ve had. And I’ll see then!
