      @causalinf @johnwhitehead81 To my experience, it does not really hold, at least in France. If you are talented in a top institution, yes it works. But if you are talented in a non top institution, it will be really hard for you to go along.

    @causalinf @johnwhitehead81 And as I said in a previous tweet, what we call « talent » is (at least to some extent) endogenous. Also because the very same definition of « talent » can be manifold.
