@causalinf Oh I see! Thanks for the clarification. In France, it's 128 hours a year at the minimum, for everyone. I would say it's more of a 4/4 or something like that. But it doesn't prevent senior facilities to keep publishing. (But France shouldn't be taken as a reference point…)
