@JakeVigdor @ModeledBehavior Considering how hierarchical economics is, and how « captured » some journals are, I’m not sure econ would be able to discover any replication crisis. « Who are you, you from a non-top institution, to criticize the works of some elite researcher? » is too often the answer.Permalink
