@DinaPomeranz Yes, it does! Especially with the #AEAletter. It’s not enough (for me) to overcome what I see as the disadvantages (publish or perish, the non-sensical hierarchies, the toxicity toward minorities defined broadly, egos), but it definitely improve the overall balance!
