.@twitter said it was a "mistake". But the level of harassment, violence and unhappiness all over the platform suggests it’s rather a systemic failure of @jack and others. I don’t think these companies can regulate themselves. So I believe we need to regulate them by law. @USATODAY/1055962279529844737
